I just succesfully installed the Links Directory on my site www.beautUtes.com/links (http://www.beautUtes.com/links) , but for some reason, my links on the top page of the template are incorrect ... i.e.
Home (http://www.beaututes.com/links/portal.php?)Forum (http://www.beaututes.com/index.php?)Links (http://www.beaututes.com/links/)Photos (http://www.beaututes.com/gallery/)User CP (http://www.beaututes.com/links/usercp.php?)
See Home, and User CP etc
How do I fix this?

Admin CP => vBa Links Directory => Modify Settings
Go there and save your settings to be sure that the cache is updated.

Brian,
I tried this but its still not working.
An example is the "Home" Button is showing http://www.beaututes.com/links/portal.php (http://www.beaututes.com/links/portal.php)? where it should just be http://www.beaututes.com/portal.php?
Same goes with most of the other buttons up the top of the page

Sorry Brian, how do I ensure my cache is updated? Stupid question, but I am a newbie!
Also do I ensure the cache is update first or after I save my settings?

Saving your settings updates the settings cache. Since that doesn't seem to have helped though, go back to your settings page and make sure you have a group called 'vBadvanced Global Settings' and that the filenames are still listed in your 'Navbar Replacements' option.
