we all know this default welcome note from vbulletin..
How can I easily put it on CMPS homepage ? as a custom module ?

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Add Module => BB Code Module

Just add the text in there and then make sure that only your 'Not logged in / Unregistered' group has permission to view the module.
