How can i see the 3 collums on cmps_index.php

I cant see this collums

- News Archive

This Modules Are Active But I Cant See In My cmps_index.php.

Question 2:
How can i add news on news.php page.

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Default Settings => News Forum ID

You have to set some news forumids there before your news will show up.
