Hello,
How did you get that swithching Home/Forums link in the Navbar? I'm testing vBA RC2 on vBulletin 3.5 RC2, and didn't get that. My first link is User CP.
Well, I must say I'm very new at vBulletin, and may have missed something.
FYI, I followed the install instructions carefully, and got two problems:
- the default icon displayed when no icon is selected for a thread wasn't show on the home page. I had to add a \ in front of the path that was present in the vB thread display options.
- all the links in the NavBar weren't working. I had to go to AdminCP->vBa CMPS->Default Settings->Navbar Replacements, edit one, undo my modifications to get back to the correct (unchanged) files, and save. So, no modificatiosn were actually required, but yet I had to press the save button.
And finally, the very first icon in the navbar (folder icon) point to "index.php" in the root folder of my test site. yet, I don't have such a file. There is one in the \forum folder, and the main file of vBadvanced is still named cmps_index.php.
That means that the folder icon currently points to nothing. Is that normal?
No a problem, as I will rename cmps_index.php to index.php someday. But I was just wondering.
