Do users browsing the Links Directory show up in the forums Current Users list?

Same question applies to the Gallery Product.

Gallery browsers will, but I dont use Links, so I am not sure.. I would assume so.

Same question applies to the Gallery Product.Yes, because vBa Links, vBa Gallery, and vBa CMPS all use vBulletin itself as it's back-end so a user browsing the gallery would be seen as any other vBulletin user.

The only 'annoyance' that you might encounter is that when you view the Who's Online (WOL) you won't see the actual page that the person is viewing -- Instead they'll be listed as viewing an unknown page (and it's unkown because vBulletin doesn't have hard-coded logic for the Links, Gallery, and CMPS pages).
