If you are having a problem that is not covered in the FAQ here, your next step should be to
Search our Support Forums. With thousands of people using vBadvanced products, there is a good chance your problem has already been answered in the forums. When searching, be sure to think carefully about the search terms to help narrow your results. If you are receiving a specific error, try to pick out key words from that error in order to limit your search to more relevant results.
If you cannot find an answer by searching, you may post a new thread in our
Support Forums. Be sure to select the right forum for the product and version of the product that you are having a problem with, and be as specific as possible about the problem. If you have taken any steps to try to correct the issue, be sure to mention what you have already done. If you are receiving a specific error, be sure to copy and paste the error into the post.
How long will I have to wait to get an answer?
Our community is full of helpful members and often times they will be able to help out before our staff if you post your questions/problems in the
Support Forums. Our staff members do read all posts pertaining to support and will generally reply to new threads within 24 hours or less. Note though that support may be slower on the weekends and holidays.
If you do not want to post your problem publicly in the support forums or have a question not directly related to software support, you may use our
support ticket system instead. Note that this support method is often slower than the support forums though since only vBadvanced staff members have access to support tickets.
