public_html is not picking it up

As it says on the install guide before I install is change the permission to chmod to 777, it did not work, it had a 505 Error. So i changed it back and got access again...

Maybe CMPS doesn't have backwards capabilities. It could be because there is already a CMPS home built into the Publishing Suite. There for possibly over lapping it.

I have a question about the CMS Portal, once I purchase my vB license and upload it to my main directory. Does the CMS need to be included before or after, or does it need to be thrown into the same...
