    How do you get rid of this error if you submit a working URL?
    The URL you entered is not valid. Please make sure that you have entered a valid URL.
    The URL

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/

    causes this error even though it is a real URL.

    Turning off

    Verify New Links?

    fixed it.
