    I use the event forums addon:

    http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?p=1047676

    This addon adds a few vars to the querystring, ie:

    http://www.airsoftohio.com/forums/ca...7-3-24&e=9&c=1

    However, this module shows the url like this:
    http://www.airsoftohio.com/forums/ca...7-3-24;e=9&c=1

    It replaces the & with a ; which causes the associated forum thread to not be displayed when the event is used.

    Any idea how I could fix this?

    Do you have a link where I can see this directly?

    EDIT: Nevermind as I figured the link out...

    I've uploaded a new version of the module as well as an updated php file to replace the existing upcomingevents.php. The easiest thing to do is to replace the php file. Alternatively the module can be deleted and installed again using the updated version.

    I´m newbie in vba, i try to install it but it doesn´t appear, this is how I do ti:

    1) I download upcomingevents.php and upload it to forums/modules/
    2) I go to admincp -> add module:
    active -> yes
    File to Include - upcomingevents.php
    Module Parent -> none
    templtes used -> adv_portal_todaysevents, adv_portal_upcomingevents
    Clean File Output -> yes
    Use Module Shell Template -> yes
    Permissions: all yes

    I did it, but it doesn´t show anything, my vba is like before install upcomingevents.

    Anyone can explain me how to install it step by step? I´m newbie...
    I think my style don´t have adv_portal_todaysevents, adv_portal_upcomingevents, but i don´t know how install them
    Thanks in advance

    Link?

    That all looks correct. Make sure that the module is also marked to show up on the page it is to display on.

    Do events show up on your FORUMHOME page?

    If you are using a custom style then you will also need to copy the templates from the style they were installed in to the custom style unless it is set as a child of the installed style (does that make sense?).

    I have installed vB Event Forums and upcoming events appears in my events forum, in forumhome appears only birthdays.

    I don´t understand how to copy templates, I´m searching for adv_portal_todaysevents, adv_portal_upcomingevents in all styles and I can´t find any.

    If the templates don't show up in any of the styles then it appears that the module wasn't installed successfully.

    Again, do you have a link to the site?

    Since nothing is showing up on the FORUMHOME page my guess is that the limit there is currently set to 1 day, which is the default value. You need to increase this value to whatever you want the minimum to be.

    To change the text you will need to edit the templates directly as this module was done prior to me using the phrase system.

    First, make sure you set ACP -> vBulletin Options -> Forums Home Page Options -> Display Calendar Events to a reasonable value.

    Tom -

    Awesome module...

    Anyone out figure out how to make the days in the calendar that have an upcoming event show a different shaded block in the calendar.... Right now a user has to rollover the day of the month to see an event...

    I have a request for this.. or maybe it is possible with a few template hacks?

    At the bottom of the event list I want to have a drop-down box where a user can select a different calendar. Such as regional: Nevada, California, and Arizona. When the user picks a different calendar it will default to that one every time they visit the page from then on. Is this possible ?

    There's no easy way to do this the way it's currently implemented. You can, however, create multiple modules and each module can specify a different calendar. From there you can implement a number of different ways for users to access their specific calendar (using conditionals within modified templates is one such way).
