    Default upgraded and now get Database error plz help

    Hi i get this error after upgrading to the newer version of vbadvanced running ver 3.6.1

    Database error in vBulletin :

    mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)
    /homepages/16/********/htdocs/mm/forum/includes/class_core.php on line 274

    MySQL Error :
    Error Number :
    Date : Thursday, May 31st 2007 @ 12:23:55 AM
    Script : script location deleted for security reasons
    Referrer :
    IP Address : 90.***.87.***
    Username :
    Classname : vb_database

    could someone plz tell me what i have done wrong...cheers

    managed to sort the error....But now i have lost my Advanced cpms page, all i have now is my forum homepage....could anyone shed any light on this problem please.

    All fixed......

    I just went back to my backup of the files i did the day before through my ftp, and overwrote the index.php that i upgraded.

    Everything working great now
