Private password protected forum thread issue

We have a forum called Private forum.

It is password access only.

We have it set on main forum, so that it isnt indexed by search engines, also it isnt listed in new posts, threads etc for non password members.

Our issue is , on our main website page where vba cpms is installed, the private threads are listed in the recent threads module.

Now a non password member cannot read this thread by clicking on it, but can see the title and snippet and poster info.

Question is !

How do i prevent the threads from being listed ( from private forums only ) on VBA pages ?

Any suggestions greatly received.

Thank you for pointing this out. I've just updated the forum/includes/vba_cmps_include_bottom.php file in the download package here to include the fix. If you will download the files from here again and update that file on your server, then that should prevent those threads from being displayed if the user has not entered the password.
