Thread: EEror: end tag for element "form" which is not open

Default EEror: end tag for element "form" which is not open

I am having a problem with the Search Module. This is on my testing site. The url is http://norcal26.com

Using the firefox validator plugin I am getting the error

line 717 column 6 - Error: end tag for element "form" which is not open

It seems to be related to the Search Module adding an extra closing form tag. I created a new page and added just the search module and it was fine so I thought it might be a combination of the welcome block and the searh module so I added them both to the test page. No problems.

There must be something I am missing.

    Thanks for your help

That page is fully XHTML compliant according to w3.org.

Ahhh, I see what's happening there. Thank you for pointing that out. I've just applied the fix to the forum/includes/vba_cmps_include_top.php file in the download package here, so if you will download the files again and update that one on your server, that should take care of the problem.
