    Default Poll module not showing Bars!

    if you go to http://www.mikesimonds.com/cmps_index.php

    you will see the latest poll on the left side.

    isn't this supposed to show the poll bar? or am I wrong here

    TIA!!

    Yes, you should see the colored bars similar to when viewing the results of a poll... What version of vBulletin are you running exactly?

    I am running 4.0.1, the latest version. Thanks for the fast reply

    I also reinstalled the templates. Is there something in the database that I can tweak

    On vB Forum (not suite) 4.0.1 install upgraded from vB 3.8.4 I get the same thing, no bars. CMPS is in root & vB is in /forums. I can send you the ACP login details if you want to check it out (assuming that you don't have it already tucked away somewhere ).

    I also checked the image paths again in the vbacmps_install. I had to change a few for some other templates they are in, but that also did nothing

    For some reason polls seem to be working fine for me locally and on my testing sites. Kevin, if you wouldn't mind sending me your login details so I can take a look it would be appreciated.

    Thanks Kevin. Looks like there's a small issue with the way CSS is called if the 'Store CSS Stylesheets as Files?' vB setting is enabled. I'll probably change the way CSS is handled in Beta 2, but as a temporary fix you can edit your 'adv_portal' template and replace this code:
    Code:
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="{vb:raw vboptions.bburl}/{vb:var vbcsspath}adv_portal.css,threadlist.css,postbit.css,poll.css,lightbox.css,calendar.css" />
    With this:
    Code:
    <vb:if condition="$vboptions['storecssasfile']">
    	<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="{vb:raw vboptions.bburl}/{vb:var vbcsspath}adv_portal.css" />
    	<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="{vb:raw vboptions.bburl}/{vb:var vbcsspath}threadlist.css" />
    	<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="{vb:raw vboptions.bburl}/{vb:var vbcsspath}postbit.css" />
    	<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="{vb:raw vboptions.bburl}/{vb:var vbcsspath}poll.css" />
    	<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="{vb:raw vboptions.bburl}/{vb:var vbcsspath}lightbox.css" />
    	<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="{vb:raw vboptions.bburl}/{vb:var vbcsspath}calendar.css" />
    <vb:else />
    	<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="{vb:raw vboptions.bburl}/{vb:var vbcsspath}adv_portal.css,threadlist.css,postbit.css,poll.css,lightbox.css,calendar.css" />
    </vb:if>

    Confirmed. I turned off the 'store as file' option and got the bars, did the template change, turned the 'store as file' back on, and the bars were still present.
