Unhappy Error while clicking onto "Reply to Link" button

Clicking onto "Reply to Link" gets the following error:

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/*******/public_html/includes/class_core.php(4014) : eval()'d code on line 1"

    I 've installed vBulletin 4.02 PL4

    Thanks in advance.

That should have been corrected in v4.0.0, so I'm not quite sure how that snuck back into the code. I've just appplied the fix to the links/newreply.php file in the download package here though, so if you'll download the files again and update that one on your server, that should take care of the issue.

First of al, thanks for the quick respond.

I 've done what you told me, unfortunately without solving the problem.

Can you try deleting the links/newreply.php file from your server and then re-upload the new version that you downloaded from here just to make sure there weren't any issues with the file not being overwritten? If that doesn't help, please submit a support ticket via the Members' Area here and I'll take a look at things for you.
