I guess the reason why this hasn't been answered is because its not really a chatbox question.
What you should do is as follows:
Create a user group and call it what you want (special user or something)
Now go to that group in the group manager in the admincp and give that user group the rights you want them to have.

Perhaps an easier way for you to deal with this is to make the user an administrator and then in the admin cp choose administrators permissions from the user group in the admin cp and then tailor make the permissions for this user.

This is located in your MGC settings.
In your admincp open the menu on the left, then click on Chats Formatting, its near the bottom.

    1) Go to ACP/MGC Chatbox Evo/Display And Position

    Find these options
Position of the chatbox on the forum home (forumhome)
Position of the chatbox in the forums (forumdisplay)
Position of the chatbox in the threads

    Make them: Do Not Display

    Find
Display the chatbox on defined pages in a variable

    and select Yes

check this item, i think you have not set this.

It was on you module setting, you used adv_portal_shout in MGC setting
but in module setting you use : adv_portal_mgcshout

    that was the problem

I installed this shout and it seems to be working very well for now, only have tested a little while, like an hour or so....

I want it to display on all pages, home page, everywhere, and also on my CMPS page, all at the same time, is this possible ?

or does it only display on the CMPS page and no where else, at the same time

I really wanted it to be everywhere

    is this possible ?

    yeah it's

in MGC Chatbox Evo : Display and Position

Can it be on the CMPS page and the Forums page at the same time ?

From your earlier instructions this does not seem possible, it's either on the CMPS page. or on any of the forums pages.....but not on both pages

    or am I missing something

the mod itself sets it to display in all forums....however the module is separate and will show on the cmps after following the instructions above.

So yes it'll show depending on what locations you set it: vBa CMPS - follow module instructions here, vB forums - set display information in settings in admincp.
