Default Adding functionality: Notifications sent to designated email

    Hey all,

I'm a mod on a forum powered by vBadvanced and I absolutely love the product. It's sleek, customizable, and very easy to work with. That being said, I have one question/suggestion: does it include functionality to send an email to a designated address when you receive a notification? For example, someone sends me a private message. Can I somehow have the site forward the message, the sender, the topic, etc, to my email? If not, are there plans to implement such functionality?

I'm also a programmer, and I feel like I could write some sort of script to do it myself, but that would be a hassle as I don't have the ability to make it retrieve messages automatically (without me leaving it running all the time).

The sending of PM's is nothing to do with vBadvanced, that is done by the forum software.

The choice to have an email sent (or not) for a PM is set in your PROFILE.
Seen vB5 beta? No more vbulletin for me, done , gone, finished .
