    1)
Please read this software license agreement carefully before downloading or using the software.

By checking the box below, downloading the Software, or installing this Software on your web server, you are consenting to be bound by this Agreement. Such agreement is either on your own behalf or on behalf of any corporate entity which employs you or which you represent ('Corporate Licensee'). In this Agreement, "Licensee" includes both the reader and any Corporate Licensee. "vBadvanced" includes all agents and employees of vBadvanced.
Software Rights - Your license grants you the right to run one instance (a single installation) of the Software on one web site for each license purchased. A separate license is required for each web site or additional instance of the Software that is installed. However, you may install an additional copy of the Software on your local computer or on the same domain your license is registered to for development and testing purposes. This additional development copy must not be accessible to the public, must not be linked from anywhere on your web site or any other web site or means (including e-mail, private posting, etc), and must not be used for any purposes other than developing and testing the Software.
The License grants you access to the members area where you may download newer versions of the Software and full access to the support forums for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After this time period, you may continue to use the last version of the software that was available to you, or renew your License through the Members' Area to have access to the latest version.
Modifications to the Software's code or database to simulate multiple versions or copies of the Software are prohibited, unless a "Multiple Instance" license is available and has been purchased for this product.
Licensee must submit the URL where they plan to use the software, and must keep this URL up to date. The URL may be submitted before obtaining a License, and may be updated at any time via the Members' Area....... (more)

List of prices for services at vBadvanced :

Renew Members' Area Access for 1 Year ($19.99).
This option will allow you to renew your access to the Members' Area here for one additional year.

    Professional Installation/Upgrade Service ($14.99).
If you are unfamiliar with how to install web software or you simply do not have the time, choose this option to have a professional vBadvanced team member install or upgrade the software for you. Professional installations/upgrades are generally completed within 24 hours or less after the order is placed, but may be slightly delayed on weekends or holidays.

    Branding Free License ($59.99).
Per the license agreement, you may not remove the copyright notice from your vBadvanced software pages without a Branding Free License. This option will allow you to legally remove the copyright notice for as long as you own the software.
AS to question 2) Yes Brian updates his products to be compatible with vBulletin.
