Ive paid twice for installation now this

Paid two times this past week to have CMPS installed. After being hacked and recovered and the second install something has gone wrong. All the files are where they are supposed to be on the server but when I point my browser to mysite.com/admincp/vbacmps_install.php5 I get this


ERROR 404 - PAGE NOT FOUND

Attempting to click on any of them only brings up a white blank page.
The product is not listed in my product manager either.

I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure that this means that the product xml file hasn't been uploaded via the admin control panel
