    Try opening your dynamics/dyna_config.php file and use this for your $forumpath variable instead:
    PHP Code:
    $forumpath '../'

    The only thing I can figure is that you didn't overwrite the dyna_config.php file on your server. Make sure you've made the change above, then delete the file from your server, and upload it again to make sure it's overwritten. It shouldn't be possible to get that same error if you use the path I gave you above since it's certainly not starting at the base directory.

    I'm sorry, but I can't be around every day to provide support. If you want to troubleshoot things more quickly in the future you could always use the search feature here since questions like this have been asked and answered several times before.

    To solve this, open your dynamics/dyna_config.php file. Delete the entire contents of the file and replace it with the contents below:
    PHP Code:
    <?php
    // ++=========================================================================++

    error_reporting(E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~8192);
    define('NO_REGISTER_GLOBALS'1);

    // ============================================
    // Enter the full path to your forum here
    // Example: /home/yoursite/public_html/forum
    // ============================================

    $forumpath '../';

    ?>
    Then FTP into your server and delete the dynamics/dyna_config.php file from your server making sure that your FTP program actually deletes the file and does not return any errors.

    Then upload the dynamcis/dyna_config.php file that you just created using the code I posted above to your server.
