Question Error after updating the CMPS

I recently updated the CMPS to the latest version and since then I have noticed the following error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function cmps_template_alter() in /xxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx/forum/includes/functions.php(2953) : eval()'d code on line 3

The site is www.nihl.us and I also noticed you can reproduce the error every time if you leave off the www in the address.

Could someone advise me on how to fix the issue? Thanks

    Default

In trying to figure this out myself, I am also noticing that the error comes up on the CMPS Home page whenever you are not logged in. the forum page works regardless if you are logged in or not

Looking at the code in the functions.php file on line 3 , there is no "code"

I still do not have this solved, if anyone has an idea, or solves this problem on their own, could you please post the solution here? or message me? Thank you. I see several boards are effected and allot of people searching, but I have not found any solution yet.
