Show attachment images to guests

I've set up my forums so guest can view image attachments, and I've applied forum permissions to CMPS modules, but still guests can't view them They can view image attachments within the forums, just not on the CMPS homepage.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I've tried that, and even posted on the vBulletin forums, but no matter what, guests can't view attachment images unless you allow them to download files.
