    Wink after sales question (CMPS)

    Please don't feel annoyed, if yes this depends on my terrible english! --

    I bought 1 branding free CMPS license. 'Cause of some personal reasons I also "bought" the install service.
    For short: everything is running fine, but few questions still remain:
    Which CMPS-version would be sold if it is a branding free one?

    If I ask for a guiding hand within a support ticket (even if the Q seems stupid to anyone else) could that be the reason to close a support ticket?
    Do you close support-tickets periodically?
    I hope, that noone understand my Q's wrong!

    We close support tickets after the issue has been resolved.

    I think he's asking which version of CMPS comes with the 'Branding Free' option thinking that there is a "regular" version that can be downloaded and a "Branding Free" version that can be downloaded not realizing that the branding free option is just a template change.

    Grammar question? Is that one correct: which CMPS-version = release candidate is sold if it is a branding free one? Sorry for typos, grammar and writing style! ---
    I was asking whether you install the current release (CMPS 1.0.1) or major release 1.0.0 for functionality differences in case of install support and branded free license.


    Thanks for the explanation of closing support-tickets.... For the machines the problem has been pretty well resolved - for my life-long-learning-brain not completely. Anyway, that was a bit disappointing but it's okay.

    Forestier,

    To clarify... there is only one version of CMPS regardless of the branding free option. If somebody does buy the branding fee option then the person just downloads the CMPS zip file as normal and then they can go into their adv_portal_footer template and remove the copyright notice.

    Thanks for your patience and answers. Hmm... I'm still one byte of one MB confused. Is the following statement true or false: CMPS 1.0.1 is the actual release?

    Yes, CMPS 1.0.1 is the only & only current version.

    You're running 1.0.0 and should upgrade if you want to have the current version.

    Summary: Bought 1. install support at the time of CMPS 1.0.1 has already been released. 2. Bought the so-called "Branding Free" option.
    It has been hazzlefree installed, but as you can see, it is CMPS 1.0.0 -- Have I done something wrong while going through the payment / ordering process?
    Shall we go again to the ticket area or shall I mess the files up for you before pushing the rescue-button? Doubtless, if I try it, I will learn more about the old path-prob, but sincerly would need a guiding hand, that's what I meant when the support ticket had been closed before I could read your answer.

    Strange... Not sure how/why 1.0.0 would have been installed, but if you'd like to submit a support ticket I'll take a look and upgrade you to 1.0.1 if necessary.

    A little bit odd, somthing which could happen. On the other hand I have had the personal profit: learned a little more how redirecting can work - thanks to the (here not named) installer - there is no reason to show anyone up.
    Of course I will submit a support ticket and -please understand- give few more details off topic.
    Thanks again to you and your crew and sorry for any kind of misunderstanding before!
