I bought 1 branding free CMPS license. 'Cause of some personal reasons I also "bought" the install service.
For short: everything is running fine, but few questions still remain:
Which CMPS-version would be sold if it is a branding free one?
If I ask for a guiding hand within a support ticket (even if the Q seems stupid to anyone else) could that be the reason to close a support ticket?
Do you close support-tickets periodically?
I hope, that noone understand my Q's wrong!
