Default Is it possible to create a physical page?

Hello I know this probably sounds like a crazy question but it has a real purpose
as a solution to a show stopper with my news script "Coranto"

I am wondering if there is any way to create a physical vbadvanced .php webpage?

Because my news script uses a teaser and full article template system that
creates static pages as the user clicks on the headlines etc. As it is I have
not been able to sucessfully use the php includes function to create and
pass on the variable needed to load up the news story in my vBadvanced
pages, so as a solution I was wondering if there was any way to produce a
    physical vBadvanced page?

    ex: /fullst004sa.php and so on.

    /me crosses his fingers.

Anything is possible, but it would take a bit of work.

    Damned!

I was hoping for a "you just..." or a "all you do is..."
Oh well, it can't be cream cheeze all the time

Since you glanced at this Brian, what would you do
    to deal with this problem?
