Default How to Edit Navbar

On the links page there is a navbar that reads left to right: Home, My Stuff, Submit a Link, etc. Where can I edit this navbar or delete it altogether? Couldn't find it in several searches.

For anyone else that may be wondering, the template to edit the directory navbar is adv_links_navbar
