Exclamation Ratings Modification?

Is there any ways for custom ratings? like set a specific link with a higher rating . and users can still input the ratings.. Becuase i want some of my links higher up in ratings..

About the only way to do that would be to manually edit the 'votenum' and 'votetotal' columns in your adv_links table.
