Default Breadcrumb Home Link Broken

I know this is a newbie style question, but i havent been able to figure it out.

Ive chosen to put the site home page, not forum path, as the first link in the breadcrumb. I am getting:

http://www.url.com/forum/http://www.url.com as the link.

I know its probably a / issue in some file or entry area somewhere, but cant figure it out. Or rather, am tired and super lazy tonite

Any help appreciated.

Later!

I just tried using that setting here and on my localhost, but didn't have any problems. I'm guessing it may be something with a custom navbar template... Have you changed yours from the default at all? If so, can you post the contents of it here so I can have a look?

That was it. I had my forumpath URL hardcoded before the variable in the navbar template. Thanks!
