No such file or directory

I just installed this and im having an issue i did was the readme said and this is the error I get.

now i think its because the cmps_index.php is in a different directory then the forum. That file is in /forum/include directory
Not 100% sure how to fix this, so please let me know thanks

Also when i move the file into the /forums dir it works but i want the portal to open up when somebody goes to
www.dustincimino.com
