Had to restore from backup blank white page

I had to restore my site from backup. All the database files were fine. Some of the files I didnt have

I resintalled a fresh vbadvanced. I am getting a blank white page.

I renamed cmps_index to index. I made sure the path to forums is correct in the file. I also tried leaving it blank.

I am sure I am missing a setting somewhere, but I am not sure where to check

Just to be on the safe side, try running the forumpath.php in the download package (in the 'Extras' folder) to display the forum path to make sure it matches the entry in the cmps_index.php file.

Same thing here. I moved to a new host today and I get the white page.

I can't figure it out... I've tried everything I know to do including re-uploading vB and vBa from the latest versions.

I'm still working on this.... I can't even login to my admincp but this helped:

Putting "define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);" inside my config.php... which disables vbA and allows me to do everything.

Now to find the problem lol...

Uninstalled... reinstalled... same thing! white pages!
