Default Can Dynnamics be used for...

A garage? Users each have a garage and can add as much cars as they want with the ability to upload images and have comments (both imgs and cars page)?

Also can it be used as a auction/classified ad?

Auctions might be difficult, classifieds maybe. As a garage, I'm working on a Dynamics page to do just that. I haven't spent allot of time on it but I think it's doable. For classifieds I use vbclassified - great script and can do auctions and bidding.

Thank you PhilMcKrackon for the explanation.
If you manage to do create a garage page with Dynamics, please let me know.

As Phil said, auctions would probably be difficult since there are no bidding features or anything like that. It should certainly be capable of being used as a garage type software though where users can post info and pics of their cars and comment about them.
