Exclamation vb 3.7.3 / cmps 3.0.1 / Fatal error: Call to undefined function print_portal_output

Moving the site to a new server, we have come across the index failing to show.

Quote:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function print_portal_output() in /home/xxxxxc/public_html/index.php on line 46
Forum path remains exactly the same.

Sites run:
vBseo *disabling vbseo does not help*
vBulletin 3.7.3

Server Details:

CentOS release 5.2 (Final)
Server version: Apache/2.2.8 (Unix)
Zend Engine v2.2.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2008 Zend Technologies
PHP 5.2.6 (cli) (built: May 5 2008 10:32:59)

Please advise.

Did you update the $forumpath variable in your index.php file after moving servers?

Hi Brian, thanks for the reply.

Quote:
$forumpath = '/home/wwwcana/public_html/online';
This is the current path on web2, and remains the same path on our web4.

Which site are you having the issue on? I've checked the ones associated with your licenses, but the CMPS seems to be working fine on those.

I will PM you specifics as the site having issues on another webserver.

Basically, the site is on box a, working fine for a long time, no issues. we are trying to move it to box b where the index (cmps) is throwing the white screen.

PM will be sent

The only other thing I could suggest would be to download the files from here again and upload them to your new server. If that doesn't help, then try going to the admincp/vbacmps_install.php file in your browser and select the option to reinstall the vB plugins from there.

Hi Brian,

I uploaded all the files to the new webserver, over wrote the previous install.

Error log shows no errors.

That said, I did try disabling a image block from the main page, that seems to have fixed it.

It seems that when I call the module to load:
/home/xxxxxx/public_html/online/modules/vbgallery.php

If fails.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

Note... Seems there is an issue with vBgallery and memcache as well.. sorting that out then I will see if that rectifies this.
