How to change block title

I found how to change a custom block but not one of the built in
block titles.

I want to rename News Archive to "Top 10 Headlines"

Can anyone help?

Edit your 'adv_portal_archive' template and change it in there, or change your 'news_archive' phrase.

I dont see 'adv_portal_archive' under the vBadvanced CMPS Templates
is it under another area?

Where to change the 'news_archive' phrase? I did find a template
in the vBadvanced CMPS Templates section,

$vbphrase[news_archive] <= is this what I should change?

Okay it worked
I changes $vbphrase[news_archive] to Top 5 Headlines
and it worked "Thanks!"
