I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the products (Entire Site)

Installed VBulletin 1st (with Theme I am using, google analytics, stopforumspam)
VBadvanced 2nd (Made Sure everything worked layed out and complete)

I then went through all settings making sure I have it set as I wanted...

I installed Dynamics next

Installed VBseo along with Sitemaps

I am running all current VBadvanced and Dynamics, VBseo and all mods are up to date for version 3.8.4 of VB.

Same issue, I can post a new Entry in Dynamics, attach whatever I want, preview and save all is well.

I reply to the post and get the following error again,
