Default vBadvanced Links :: What to do after...........

OK, I have a question?? When Vb4 goes live what do we do with vBadvanced Links installed and integrated with Vb 3.8.4 will it still work as normal?? Or do we have to wait for an update before it will work?

The current version of vBa Links will not work with vB4. A compatible version is being worked on, but currently I cannot say when it might be released.

Brian, will we lose any links directory data or will the upgrade process from the current vb3 version to vb4 version be the same?

I'm a bit confused how your links add on, and all add ons actually, will need to be dealt with once vb4 is released. For example, will we need to first uninstall all add ons, and then reinstall, or can we upgrade to vb 4 and then just overwrite current add ons. Or will that mess up the vb4 upgrade. Sigh... not looking forward to this.

I am not Brian but am 100% sure, you will not lose any link in your directory. Absolutely sure. You can also trust that Brian will make an upgrade script from vb3 to vb4 that will
make the upgrade process as easy (as it is possible).
