Unable to Download Files

Hello,

I have installed it at following location.

http://urduart.com/download/index.php

File Uploading works fine, but when a user try to download any of the file it simply downloads a zero byte file for some reasons.

For exmaple

http://urduart.com/download/quran-2/test-upload-1/

When trying to download this file, it downloads it as a zero byte file. Any idea how to get it fixed ?

Is that the only file you're having a problem downloading, or do all files have the same problem? Do you have the same issue with different extensions like .jpg and .txt?

No i tested other extensions including pdf, rar, zip jpg and txt, same results each time.

Thank you Brian, as suggested I have added a ticket on Support Ticket system with ftp and Admin ID & Password details.

I hope the issue will be resolved soon.

Hi Brian, I added a support ticket on April 12th still waiting for attention / response to get this issue resolved.

Note: Due to this problem this function is not workable on my forum. A Showstopper issue for me this is.
