Forum View & Latest Threads View

Suggestion:

Incorporate a way for Unregistered users to see the Latest Thread Titles on the home page, and be able to view Forum Title Threads on the forum page, BUT not Forum Messages.

Currently it seems, you can give unregistered members permission to view latest title threads and forum threads - but they can also see forum messages.
