What kind of module were you trying to add, and what version of the CMPS are you running?

Did you choose a PHP file to include when adding the module?

When I select the add module option, the only fill-in blocks I see are

a) Display Order
a) Module Link
b) Title Row Colspan
4) Form Code

Am I in the right place?

You should upgrade to RC2. There were a few bugs in RC1 and this could be the result of one of them.

I just upgraded to RC2 but I'll do a clean install and that should solve it I hope.
