Default vBulletin 3.6.6 Released

vBulletin has just released their latest version, 3.6.6. More information regarding this release may be found here at vbulletin.com.

With the release, we know there are concerns about vBadvanced products being compatible, and how to upgrade. At this point in time, there are no known compatibility issues with vBulletin 3.6.6 and any vBadvanced products. We have upgraded vBadvanced.com and do have conformation from other sites that have upgraded without any issues as well.

Upgrading From vB 3.6.x
If you are already running vBulletin 3.6.0 - 3.6.5, you will simply need to upgrade your vBulletin forum software as usual. If you have applied the changes for vBa CMPS to integrate it with other vBulletin pages/hacks from this page of the Users Manual, please do not forget to re-apply these changes to your new vBulletin files or the integration will not work properly after the upgrade. Also note that if you are running the CMPS in the same folder as vBulletin and have renamed your original vBulletin index.php file, you will need to rename the new vBulletin index.php file as well before uploading the new files to avoid overwriting the CMPS file.

Upgrading From vB 3.5 or vB 3.0
For those just now upgrading from a version of vBulletin prior to vB 3.6, please note that you will also need to upgrade to a version of the vBadvanced product(s) that is compatible with vB 3.6. You will need to upgrade vBulletin first, and then any vBadvanced products. All versions of vBadvanced products can be found in the Members' Area here, and upgrade instructions for each product can be found in a readme.html file that comes with the download package.

Problems After Upgrading
If you have any problems with your vBadvanced product(s) after upgrading, please start a new thread in the "Troubleshooting & Problems" forum for that product. Please do not reply to the thread here asking for support with the product.
