Whats up with the time stamp on these files gents?

Showing up (when you right click a file and view properties) as "Modified on Sept 25th 3427 10:40:30 PM"

I generally unpack the zip, and repack the forum directory to upload to the server. Winzip notices this date problem and gives an error but still compresses it all the same.

Interestingly when I view a fresh zip using WinXP explorer no date at all shows.

My guess is that it's just the date that Brian is using in the code that creates the zip file on the fly but I'll leave it to him to give a better answer.

To be honest, I'm not too sure about the date. We're just using some 3rd party functions that take care of the compression, and I can't say that I fully understand them since I don't work with compression that often. Since it doesn't seem to actually hurt anything though, correcting it hasn't really been that high on the priority list.

Really, really low on the list I guess. These newest files show as modified on:
Tuesday, September 25, 3427, 10:40:30 PM

This thread is quite old, I know.

It's easy to duplicate the problem these dates being wrong presents, simply unpack the latest vbadvanced and then right click that directory and choose add to zip. (winzip installed of course)

I'm not sure how tough it would be to fix this, but it sure would be nice. Thanks.
