Default variable

Hey I'd like to define a string variable in the cmps index file, and then call that string in the adv_portal template, next to the other variables $header and $navbar.

I need it this way because for every page this string will be different. In the vbulletin index file (forums/index.php) it's already possible to define it and call it in the forumhome template, but I haven't figured out how to do it for vba. Thanks.

edit:

solved saw a similar thing in this thread, thanks.
