uploading ?
OK, I want to make it so my site looks like this
www.highimpacthalo.org I know how to fill out the Config.php and all of that but.. I want to make it so when I go to my site, it gives me a homepage like the one above, and when I click forums it brings me to the Vb forums, but How can I make it my homepage if it is telling me to upload it to/ Forums?

CMPS_Index.php is renamed to index.php & uploaded to the root not the forums folder

You upload all of the files in the 'forum' folder from the download package to the same folder you have vBulletin installed to. Then you upload the cmps_index.php file to your root directory, and rename it to index.php.
