Default uploading ?
OK, I want to make it so my site looks like this

www.highimpacthalo.org

I know how to fill out the Config.php and all of that but..

I want to make it so when I go to my site, it gives me a homepage like the one above, and when I click forums it brings me to the Vb forums, but How can I make it my homepage if it is telling me to upload it to/ Forums?
