Exclamation Theme issue & error message

This is happening on "defualt" as well with the error messages but on the "Tuner Show Racer" theme parts of the theme do not display like parts of the header etc Plus we get the following error during submitting a link :-

Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when in safe_mode or an open_basedir is set in /includes/functions_vba_links_savelink.php on line 102

Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /includes/functions_vba_links.php on line 766

What went wrong ?

Looks like some of the images in your CSS are still using relative URL's. Have you tried the suggestions from the FAQ forum?

If the install file is not able to update your images (which it should be), then you will need to follow the rest of the steps there to update them manually.

That's the problem the install updated a very little then on the manual side of that little bit more but for the rest nothing so now I have only part of the theme displaying so were else should I be looking or is there something else that will have to be done to get my theme 100% on the links side of things.

Also I should have mentioned that this time it is updated to the latest VB Links 3.0

Go back to the FAQ link above and start with the section that says "Updating Style Images Manually".
