Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/user/public_html/forum/admincp/vba_cmps_admin.php on line 1641

avp.co.in/index.php horizontal menu path was not correct

Sounds like you've either altered the file, or perhaps it was corrupted when you uploaded it. Try downloading the files from here again, delete your current admincp/vba_cmps_admin.php file from your server, and then upload the fresh copy from the package you just downloaded.
