Translation to Russian of vBadvanced Dynamics

Hi all!

If any need russian translation of vBadvanced Dynamics you can get it here.
Tested on 3.6.8 version.

Instruction of how to install and edit that you can find in text file inside zip.
Zip contain:
- vbadyna_install_phrases.php
- Install_Russian_Lang.txt ( in russian )

Pay attention it's not full translation yet, so you can call it beta-test of translation.
As more i will advance in translation, i will update that file.
If you have any sugestions how to improve translation, you will find my e-mail adress inside instructions file.
