Default Upgrade to 3.1.0 Fails

Currently running vBadvanced CPMS 3.0.1 with vBulletin 3.7.2

I am attempting to install the latest CPMS, uploaded the files into the folder, did not replace the cmps_index.php, but when running the install I get

Warning: main(./global.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hsphere/local/home/daytonas/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.com/forum/admincp/vbacmps_install.php on line 13

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php/PEAR:/usr/local/share/pear') in /hsphere/local/home/daytonas/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.com/forum/admincp/vbacmps_install.php on line 13

I've checked the folders, all the files seem to have copied. I'm just a bit lost so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
