i already searched the forum for a solution and looked at the faq before hand and setting the use Module Wrapper Template Option to NO takes the title bar completely off and the spacing between the content and the title bar of the next module in order goes to 0

i would like the title bar to be on and if not then at least how can i add spacing between the content and the next module

As said in the FAQ, you need to wrap <tr> and <td> tags around the content for your module if you intend to use the module wrapper template. If you're not going to use the wrapper template, then you'll need to edit the code for your module to add some spacing and to make any other changes you would like.
