Hi, I'm very happy with my new installation of vbadvanced, however I've noticed that the poll bars are only visible when logged in, when not logged in I only see the result numbers. Is this common behavior?
![]() Edit: I am using the vbadvanced CMPS v4.1.0 on vbulletin 4.1.2 Last edited by Destron; 03-22-2011 at 07:29 PM. |

No answer on this question? I would Like to add that I reuploaded the poll images folder to my site, as it wasn't originally there, I got it from an older version of vbulletin 4, the current version doesn't have that folder.

http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/show...ight=poll+bars It may be a CSS issue again, the code in vb4.1.2 could have altered though I don't see anyone else complaining of this problem. Have you looked at diagnostics and tried updating image paths? |

I checked diagnostics, and updated all the image paths, doesn't appear to have helped, everything looks good in diagnostics. I also changed store .css as files to the database, but it didn't change the visibility of the bars.

Weird... I saw the bars on one page reload, but they're not appearing again after that. Could you try going to Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Main Options, set the 'Enable Homepage Caching For Guests' option to 0 and see if that makes a difference?

That was it, I had caching for guests at 600 seconds, but when I change the setting to 0, the bars are visible for guests. Should I leave it like this or is there something that can be changed to take advantage of caching for guests?

The caching setting *shouldn't* make a difference in the poll bars being displayed. I can't seem to reproduce the same issue locally, but if you would like to submit a support ticket via the Members' Area here then I'll be glad to take a look at things and see what's going on.
