Angry need help trying install getting errors vb4.1.4

Warning: require_once(./includes/vba_links_functions.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/myweb/public_html/links/links_global.php on line 40

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required './includes/vba_links_functions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php52/pear') in /home/myweb/public_html/links/links_global.php on line 40

ps forum is in root vb 4.1.4 cms need help

ok does this software work? with vbulletin cms because this is in the root ie no forum folder if not ive just wasted my money

ok fixed it i think! was using vB4: SuperCharged to compress java and css turn it off and links working so far
