How do I integrate those pages with another directory, (ex: www.mysite.com/forum/classifieds/index.php)? is this possible? I want to view those modules on classifieds/index.php.

You would have to use a PHP Module and point it to your classifieds index.php. Cannot promise this will work correctly as it depends upon the classifieds script.

There's not going to be an easy way to do that unless your other directory was written specifically for vBulletin and uses the vBulletin template system and such.
