Default Just moved host, blogs not working.

Hi Brian!

Some background info: Rest of my site works perfectly after the move, which was basically copy all ftp files from old server and copy DB and put files in new server and make a new DB.

When pple go to any blog on my site they see this error message.

Warning: chdir(): No such file or directory (errno 2) in /srv/www/xxx/public_html/blogs/dyna_global.php on line 17

Warning: require_once(./includes/vba_dyna_include_prefix.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /srv/www/xxx/public_html/blogs/dyna_global.php on line 19

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required './includes/vba_dyna_include_prefix.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /srv/www/xxx/public_html/blogs/dyna_global.php on line 19

The blog section is still working perfectly on the old host and i copied all the files correctly (i just double checked) so i think its a server path config thing i have to enter somewhere but its not under settings, i only see the full path for attachements there and its working fine.

This is what line 17-20 looks like in dyna_global.php

PHP Code:
chdir($forumpath);

require_once(
'./includes/vba_dyna_include_prefix.php');
require_once(
'./global.php');
Please help! What do I have to do?

I searched this forum for "dyna_global.php on line 17" and it seems the question have been asked several times before, fx here:

Maybe the discussions in the other threads the search suggests can help you.

ty so much for that man.

turns out i just needed to reconfigure (didnt know dynamics had a config file as i only used it once when installing then forgot about it)

for everyone else who happens to search for this just edit this

Open your /dynamics/dyna_config.php.new file that came with the download package and find:
$forumpath = '';
Add the full path to your forum on your server between the '' marks here.

Save the file as dyna_config.php (removing the '.new' part from the end).
